A new feature for all my dearest readers today: Would You?
And, as you’ve probably guessed, it consists of me posing the question of whether you’d wear the object(s) in question. The reason? Mostly just the fact that I’m asking myself that very same question.
To start, we’ve got the Robert Geller Leather Combo Flight Jacket in dark blue, which just dropped over at Blackbird.
I’m pretty sure the folks at Robert Geller were looking to do a leather piece that would still be wearable in the warmer months, which is certainly commendable. I know that it will be a sad day for me when I have to rest my collection until the colder months (this realization will likely follow a day of sweating into a jacket like an overexcited Cinnabon enthusiast).
The thing is, I never seem to be able to get on board with leather combo pieces like this. The leather sections just look…forced…I guess. That’s just my opinion, though. And it might change if I get a chance to see this in person. So right now, I’m sort of on the fence. I want to like it, but can’t say I do (yet).
And you, noble reader? Any thoughts? Let me know in the comments, on Twitter, or on Facebook if you’re feeling opinionated.
A few more looks to help you decide:
